Shipping Information

At Party & Pout, we ship party decorations, party supplies and gifts Australia-wide using Australia Post.

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping — $11

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
• Available Australia-wide

Express Shipping — $15

• Australia Post Express
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
• Available Australia-wide

Free Shipping — Orders Over $100

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Free shipping is sent via our standard Australia Post service. Express shipping is available for an additional $15 if you would prefer express delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Delivery Times

The delivery timeframes above are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post services, public holidays, peak periods and circumstances outside our control.

Rural and remote areas may take longer to receive their orders.

For the most up-to-date information about your delivery, please use the tracking information provided with your order.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

International shipping is not available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at partyandpout@outlook.com or 0432 755 503. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you with checking the tracking information and contacting Australia Post where appropriate.

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier and delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside Party & Pout's control.
