All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are displayed correctly. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order to discuss the error and available options.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed the order and, where applicable, processed payment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a genuine pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We may offer payment options through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.

Party & Pout does not store your complete payment card details.

7. Shipping

We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard shipping is $11, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days.

Express shipping is $15, with estimated delivery of 1–3 business days.

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post services, public holidays, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and Change of Mind

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our process for change-of-mind returns, faulty or damaged products and incorrect orders.

For approved change-of-mind returns, Party & Pout provides store credit rather than a monetary refund, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in our returns policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.

10. Order Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy may apply.
